20th Annual California Artisan Cheese Festival

Pliny the Younger — a triple IPA finishing at about 10.25% ABV — draws thousands of beer fans from across the country for this limited two-week window. Each guest receives a custom wristband, up to three 10-ounce pours, and can purchase up to two bottles to take home. Lines can be long (especially on weekends — arrive early), and each party has a 2.5-hour time limit. The outdoor patio in Santa Rosa is open weather permitting.
